All of the controls! (remote controls for my tv, my iPhone, my iPad, my chargers, etc.), a wedding picture of my husband Cliff and me and a Jo Malone Candle.

My husband.

A glass of white wine and a bowl of guacamole.

A beautiful life: My family and the amazing people I work with each day.

HOW DO YOU DEFINE SUCCESS?

Children that are happy and fulfilled.

BEST ADVICE YOU’VE EVER RECEIVED?

 The best advice I ever received was from Mr. Leonard A. Lauder, who said, “Hire people who are smarter than you are.” It’s the best advice that anyone could ever give me and to live by it.

BEST ADVICE YOU’VE EVER GIVEN?

Find your passion! No matter what. If you love what you do and you do what you love, life is a beautiful thing. And remember, don’t let anyone stand in your way.

WHAT ARE YOU WORKING ON NOW THAT YOU ARE EXCITED ABOUT?

I just started the ‘Women’s Leadership Network’ at The Estée Lauder Companies, and I’m extremely excited about it. It’s all about bringing together our female employees to support and mentor one another.

WHAT MAKES YOU FORGET TO EAT?

Nothing!

WHAT 3 THINGS WOULD YOU GRAB IN A FIRE?

My husband Cliff and my sons, Sam and Isaac. 

WHAT IS THE HARDEST THING YOU’VE EVER DONE – YOUR GREATEST CHALLENGE?

Raising my children. They are also my greatest reward.

Love—it says it all.

A photograph we have from Hiroshi Sugimoto’s Seascapes series. I love horizons and it makes me think of infinite possibilities.

FAVORITE BOOK? 

The children’s book, I like to be me. It says it all.

 Choose only the best for your skin. Beauty is all about great skincare. Make the investment.

I tell them to moisturize and smell good.
